Fabulous food options. Welcoming, super-friendly staff with smiling face. Marvellous and easy location not far from the garden, and a quiet residential area with lots of street parking; friendly check-in. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Royal Mile.

I had a very basic room for a reasonable price at Leith House. Although breakfast was not included, the location was convenient and it was easy to get around using Uber. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. I had a satisfactory stay and would consider returning to Leith House in the future.
